Submit directly by email.

IICVOS 2027 uses a simple email-based submission process. Abstracts and full papers are both welcome; full papers must be written in English and contain at least six pages.

Submission requirements

  • English abstracts and English full papers are accepted.
  • Full papers must be at least 6 pages.
  • Submit both a Microsoft Word file and a PDF file.
  • No mandatory file-naming or email-body format is required.
  • A recommended email subject is: IICVOS 2027 Submission – Paper Title.
  • Submitted work must be original and must not be under review elsewhere.

Abstract or full paper?

An accepted abstract is intended for conference presentation only and will not be included in the planned proceedings. Authors seeking presentation and publication consideration should submit a full paper.

The conference team normally responds within 3–5 days.

Review

The submission undergoes scope, completeness, academic-integrity and peer-review checks.

Revision

Review feedback is sent by email. Reply to the same email thread and attach revised files.

Decision and attendance information

Authors receive the outcome and next-step information by email.

Currency notice

USD amounts are approximate references based on USD 1 ≈ RMB 6.77 and rounded to the nearest USD 5. RMB amounts are the official fees and prevail at payment. Final payment instructions will be provided separately.

Payment is not a condition for academic acceptance. Registration instructions will be provided separately after the review decision.
